Order Processing Times

• All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

• You will receive another notification email with your tracking number once your order has officially shipped.

Shipping Estimates & Delivery Windows

• Standard Domestic Shipping (United States): 7 to 12 business days after processing.

• International Shipping: 10 to 18 business days depending on destination and local customs clearance.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a direct tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update on the carrier's portal.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your tracking number hasn't updated in 15 business days or your package appears lost, please reach out to us at support@purcafeluxe.com with your order number. We will investigate immediately and send a replacement or issue a full refund if the carrier confirms the package is lost.
